I had a great time at the centrally located Gulf hotel in Aqaba. Being just a few minutes away from shops and restaurants was a major plus. The pool area was clean and the buffet surprised me with its variety and freshly cooked options. The room, while nothing extravagant, was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

breakfast variety was great, coffee tasted terrible. Has no own beach. We booked it based on price. Would not go back again.
Unfriendly staff. We were first put in smoking room, that was quickly rectified. The bathroom smelled "muddy".

The hotel was very convenient for a short stay in Aqaba. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool as we found Aqaba very hot. Our corner room was very spacious, very nicely furnished and very comfortable. With a "sunset view" over the Red Sea - though sunset wasn't all that exciting the day we were there.
No free internet. Tricky to find hotel when driving - not helped by Jordan's seemingly ubiquitous detours and road reconstruction efforts though I am sure they will have good results eventually.

We spent new year's eve in a hotel that had great amenities such as a large pool and comfortable rooms with a nice view. The hotel was located a short walk from local markets and shops. We also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable.
Another downside was the limited breakfast options that were available. we had a comfortable stay but there were some aspects that could be improved such as the internet and breakfast options.

Walking distance to the red sea.
Poor breakfast, slow lifts, dirty cups in room and low pressure from showers but good enough for 1-2 days stay.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in Aqaba and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. This place is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. What I loved the most was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I was able to do an early check-in and a late check-out without any hassle.
This hotel is definitely a gem and I would highly recommend it to all my friends.

The hotel offers a great location close to the shore and almost right in Aqaba downtown, providing easy access to everything in the town. it's only a short walk to the private beach at a nearby hotel. The rooms are comfortable, well-equipped and clean with many modern amenities. The buffet breakfast is of a very high standard, with friendly staff and a good choice of food.
Some aspects of the hotel are outdated and could do with some refurbishment.

Its location is great as its within walking distance of the sea and all restaurants and shopping.
Its highly overpriced, the rooms are small, breakfast not that great. On the day of the checkin, we visited the toilets next to the reception and found them in very bad state and had to complain about it. There is not much to choose from in the breakfast for the price that they are charging.

Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, early check-in and late check-out, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast.
Not obvious to find.

The towels were folded into fun sculptures every day, which was a quirky touch to our romantic escape. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the convenient location near shops and a sea view.
Our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. The room was small and outdated, with poor facilities.

I loved the location of this hotel, as it was very close to the shore and in the center of the town. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming which made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well maintained and clean.
All was good.
